Ubisoft has announced details surrounding Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist Collectors Editions. The game is due for release August 2013.

Once again you are Sam Fischer; leader of the newly formed 4^th Echelon unit, giving Sam the power to act above the law. A group of 12 rogue nations have had enough of the United States’ military presence in their countries. They device a plan; a terror ultimatum called The Blacklist – a countdown of escalating terrorist attacks on the U.S. Players have to track and take down these terrorist before the countdown reaches zero.
