Activision has confirmed the release date for Black Ops II’s Revolution Map Pack DLC. Four multiplayer maps, a new Zombies map, a new Zombies versus mode and a new gun, the Peacekeeper SMG, what’s there not to like?
The Revolution Map Pack includes the following;
- Hydro: Located in Pakistan, this hydro-electric plant comes complete with a lethal spillway that floods with very little warning.
- Grind: Set in a skate park in Venice Beach (the birthplace of skateboarding!), quarter-pipes and curved surfaces drive players away from easy cover and into intense firefights.
- Downhill: A ski resort in the French Alps, this snowy map is complete with a moving gondola system that can both offer cover and crush you to death.
- Mirage: Located in China’s Gobi Desert, this luxury resort has been ravaged by a sandstorm.
Also included is a new zombie map called Die Rise. You can expect sick zombie dropping action through a crumbling skyscraper in China. There is also a new mode called turned… the name pretty much says it all; a competitive mode where players take turns playing both zombies and survivors. Sounds cool right?
The DLC will land February 28th on PSN and those of you who own the Black Ops II Season Pass will be able to pick it up for free.
