E3 2012: Dead Space 3 Announcement Trailer and it has Co-op

Prepare to crap you pants again! But at least this time you can do it with a friend and offer support. From EA Dead Space 3 will feature drop in co-op and is getting a February 2013 release date. Early next year is going to be a good start to the year! Check out the announcement trailer below.

I am a big Dead Space fan, but I am not really liking the direction they are going with this. The co-op and more emphases on action
. I want a survival horror game. It would be okay if the co-op was a stand alone addition on top of the normal single player horror campaign. Time will tell. Hopefully they release a demo somewhere down the line
