Syndicate Gets a Release Date for U.S. and Europe

Electronic Arts (EA) has confirmed that the new Syndicate will be released in the U.S. on February 21 2012, with a European launch arriving on February 24 2012. EA made the announcement during a press conference in Las Vegas last night, Shank 2 was also unveiled at the showcase.
Syndicate is currently in development for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360, and is designed as a reboot of the classic tactical shooter franchise, heading in the FPS route. It will be interesting to see how the game is received.
