Gran Turismo 5 Getting Huge Update and new DLC

Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi recently announced via Twitter that Gran Turismo 5 has been in need of some love lately and so it will be widely expanded next month. No real details were given or explained, though he did mention that the update will be called Spec 2.0 and that it will be launched during the 3rd week of October. Also teased is a new DLC pack scheduled to launch the following week. So dust off your games it’s time to go driving again.
