Sony to Introduce PSN Pass System

This is interesting and is surely to effect the second hand game market, as now Sony is looking set to introduce a new online PlayStation Network Pass initiative, according Internet gossip. This speculation kicked off after a snapshot of a Resistance 3 bundle appeared online carrying the following message: “PSN Pass Network features only available in countries that have PlayStation Store.”
If this is true, then it would appear that Sony is following in the footsteps of publishers such as Electronic Arts (EA) and THQ, who both recently introduced an online pass system. With EA being the first to introduce it.
Sony has previously stated that it supports companies who have introduced such an initiative, and said it plans to introduce its own system later down the line.
