Yes this is the real deal 12 full minutes of actual gameplay. The video shows off Catwoman beating the crap out of some thugs, and Batman flying around the city taking out the various hooligans and cleaning up the streets. There are some other hints at some of the new gameplay mechanics. Just watch the video already.
