PS3 System Software Update (v3.66) Incoming

The PlayStation Blog have a very small post informing us of the imminent arrival of a new PS3 system firmware update. No mention as to what the update is updating exactly, other than it’s a minor update improving the system stability during use of PS3 format software and network services. Of course what hasn’t been said is that there is most likely a major security fix that is to try and save them for the infamous hackers. Anyway expect an update is the next day or two.

A new PS3 system software update, v3.66, will be released soon. With this minor update, system stability during use of PS3 format software and network services has been improved.
