Mafia II: Jimmy’s Vendetta DLC

One has to wonder why games which are new into the market get downloadable content so quickly into it’s life. It makes us all wonder if developers are really trying to make the game better or just take us for a ride squeezing every last cent from our pockets to fully enjoy the game. My bet is on the latter when it comes to DLC released so soon after the release of the game due to the fact that DLC, could have and should have been available in the game already on release.

Either way though, DLC is a nice touch to games adding in longevity of gameplay if you’re willing to pay for it, and that’s no different with Mafia II’s Jimmy’s Vendetta DLC. Jimmy’s Vendetta will span over 30 missions, increasing gameplay hours in the hopes that it will make the game even more entertaining for those who decide to take the plunge. For those who do, the DLC carries a $9.99 price tag in the US which shouldn’t equate to too much out of the pocket. The DLC will become available later once the PSN store is updated. Source
