GamesCom: Larger PS3′s and 38 Million Sold

Last night during Sony’s keynote at GamesCom, Sony revealed that they have sold 38 million PS3′s globally, since the launch back in November 2006. 16 million of those units were sold in Europe alone. Sony have also announced that they will be releasing new Ps3′s with larger hard drives at the same price. The new bundles will include a 320Gb PS3 or a 160Gb. These are set to replace the current models of 120gig and the 250gig. This is great news for any one looking to by a new PS3.
