Sony Wants to Hear your Ideas for the PS3

Posted on 18. Mar, 2010 by in News, PSN Network

This is a very clever idea by Sony. They have setup a website, PlayStation.Blog Share, that allows the PS3 community to submit there ideas to improve things about PlayStation. You can then also vote and comment on the ideas which there are some really good ones out there, which I have listed some of the tops ones below. It will be interesting to see if Sony actually implements some of the ideas, or are they just building a fan base? Either way why not head on over to the share blog and share your idea? You never know in a few firmware updates your feature might be installed.

Some of the top ideas:

- Cross Game Voice Chat
- Software Emulation for PS2 games
- Auto-Syncing Trophies
- New Avatars
- PS Button – Auto Read Message Upon Notification
- Kevin Butler hosting the E3 Sony Press Conference!
- Power USB when PS3 is Off
- Skype for PS3 (with PSEye Support)
- Guitar Hero DLC for the South African PSN Store

Definitely all of the above, I’d like some ps2 emulation.
Hows about some Rock Band Beatles DLC for the SA Store
Also I’d like the ps3 to recognize standard dvds when you put them in. Its stupid, but it would make the ps3 experience that little bit cooler.
