See the Final Super Street Fighter IV Character

Capcom have finally revealed the final character that will be added to Super Street Fighter IV. Meet Hakan, a strange fighter that oils himself up before every battle. No I’m not joking, I couldn’t make this kind of stuff up! Anyway check Hakan in action in the video below. LOL he uses the oil to his advantage.
