Bayonetta PS3 Patch adds an Install Option

After playing this recently I can honestly say that this will be a very welcomed patch. Most would be happy that the game doesn’t have a mandatory install, but I found that the load times were slow as well as too much loading. To me it interrupted the fast and intense gameplay. So I am glad to see that there is a patch and that we can install game data to increase the speed of the loading. The patch will add an”Install” item to the game’s main menu, I am not sure why they didn’t add it to the options menu but anyway.

There is however one problem with this, the size! The patch comes in at about 130mb and then there is the actual install size, a huge 4.5gigs! For those that still have there 40gig PS3′s must be pulling there hair out with a lot of the games requiring install’s these days. But if you weigh it against the horrific load times, it just about seems worth it. Thanks SEGA.
