‘Call of Duty 7: Vietnam,’ Is it true?

Yet again, if rumours are to be believed, we will soon be jumping back into the past in yet another aged Call of Duty game. It is very early to judge nor speculate over the validity of these rumours, but it wouldn’t be surprising if it turned out to be true.

It’s not new to see a Call of Duty title going back some years, heck most of the titles circulate around WWII, cliche I know. The worrying factor is the “failure” as such in COD 5: World at War as compared to it’s more modern rival COD 4.

However, having said this, Vietnam has been in the minds of most people with regards to a war game. Never has there been many a good Vietnam game around, and it might just be a fresh break from the cliched WWII games and a nice break from all things… Modern. Source
