Well not the game but rather the Halo Legends anime project. You see this will be released onto Blu-ray on February 9, 2010. This will also cause some fanboi wars to start up again, and is perhaps why maybe Microsoft are looking at adding a Blu-Ray player top the Xbox 360. It kinda seems like a punch in the face from Sony, I mean the only way to watch the Halo Legends Blu-ray is well to own a Blu-ray player. And if you are a gamer and Xbox fanboi and a Halo fan then you can opt for the sub-HD DVD version or just bight the bullet and buy a PS3.
‘Halo Legends’ is a seven-story anthology – told across eight episodes – that explores the origin and historical events of the Halo universe and its intriguing characters. ‘Halo Legends’ has been created in the same format as ‘The Animatrix’ and ‘Batman Gotham Knight’ with each individual episode imagined by a renowned Japanese anime director/animator, including Shinji Aramaki, Mamoru Oshii, Hideki Futamura, Tomoki Kyoda and Yasushi Muraki. The stories are inspired and produced by the creative minds of 343 Industries, including Halo franchise development director Frank O’Connor and managing editor Kevin Grace. News Source.
