Need for Speed: Shift Car Battle Mode Video

Here is a new video for the new Need for Speed: Shift. The game seems to have dropped it’s pimping modes and focused more on the racing side. To me this is a welcome change, as that pimping was getting a bit much for me, I like pure racing. Which is why this video which shows off a new mode; Car battle Mode, which pits two racers against each other to settle the dispute of who has the better auto or driving skills. Check it out.

    too many racing games coming out, and top notch ones at that. i think shift could possibly get swamped. its up against dirt2, forza3, gt5, blur and too a lesser extent formula 1 2009 (ermm 2010?)

    i’ll only get this when it comes out platinum, gt5 will consume most of my racing needs
