Is Need for speed:Shift a ‘Grid’ Clone?

Jocks and teenagers unite, the racing game that most of us loved once upon a time (some still do), as we all know, is back and hyped to be a simulator to take on the ‘big boys’… This new screen shot looks promising as it looks identical to Racedriver Grid which we all know is an excellent game… check out the screenshot below. As we all know, a pretty image doesn’t mean that the game will be great, as we’ve seen a few recent need for speed titles being rather pretty, but also pretty poor at the same time with regards to gameplay, bugs and framerate issues… Lets hope they can recapture the legend we all loved before by making a decent game, looks promising at least…News Source.

I havent played a NFS since Underground 2. I will keep my eye on this one, and the other on GT5′s release date, lol

So over Need for Speed games. Last good one was, as Spidersmoke said, Underground 2.
